Campus Rec Services offers a variety of "GroupX" classes in order to meet the needs of the CMU community with varying fitness goals and interests.

We offer between 20-30 classes per week during both the Spring and Fall semesters, and modified schedules during academic breaks. Classes throughout the year can include indoor cycling in our certified Spinning Facility, 瑜伽, strength training, functional and cross-training classes, 硫氧还蛋白, 普拉提, 和尊巴.
