All Colorado Mesa University students and their minor dependents are invited to counseling services that include mental health and behavioral health. Mental health concerns include depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. Counseling services for individuals, couples and families are also available.

    • Mavs Choices facilitates learning and practicing mindfulness, 沟通, and emotional regulation
    • Sober Minded is a harm-reduction treatment model for drug and alcohol use

Students pay a $10 co-pay per session. The remainder of the session will be billed to insurance. The number of sessions is unlimited. Financial assistance options are available to eliminate cost barriers for students needing services.
